Rizwan Adatia Foundation that maintains this website, recognises the importance of maintaining your privacy. This privacy policy sets out how Rizwan Adatia Foundation (hence referred to as “We”/ “Us”/ “Our”/ “Foundation”/ “Organisation”) uses and protects any information that you give, when you use this website. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your information, under the terms of this policy as in force at the time of use.

This Privacy Policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the information Technology Act, 2000. This Privacy Policy does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature.

We may collect your name, email, phone number, contact address (including city, pincode and country) to be able to interact with you, and address your queries, or provide you specific services. 

We collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third party social media site, belonging to Rizwan Adatia Foundation.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

However, as effective as our security measures are, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
